If you have not started the course,
you shall have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within
fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. In this case, your access to the
course shall be immediately revoked upon cancellation.
If you have already started your
course, you shall no longer be entitled to cancel the course, and no refund
shall be granted. In this case, your access to the course and the course
material shall remain intact.
You shall have the right to cancel
your participation in a webinar at any time before the webinar starts and
receive a full refund.
If the webinar begins, you shall no
longer be entitled to cancel your participation in the webinar, and no refund
shall be granted. In this case, your access to the webinar and the webinar
material (including any recordings) shall remain intact.
The cancellation and refund policy
for on-demand courses shall be specified in the contract governing the respective
on-demand course. In general, cancellation and refund shall be possible up to
forty-five (45) days before the respective on-demand course is due to start
unless otherwise specified in the respective contract.
Any refunds shall be returned using
the payment method you used during your original purchase. Please allow up to fourteen
(14) days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Any statutory rights shall not be affected
by this policy.
